We are able to provide our investors with a short term exit strategy. Because we are selling the properties at below market prices, over the course of a 2 – 3 year build plan those prices continue to increase. Our investors can resell their property at any time to realise the profit on their investment.

It is often difficult for the individual investor to sell privately (although, of course, they are quite at liberty to do so). A simple, no hassle option is to put the property onto our Resale list and we will then distribute this to our worldwide network of agents, as well as marketing it on our website.

  • 100% finance* available – the developer pays the monthly interest payments on the 30% deposit
